BEST TYRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL was founded in Greece in 2002, specialising in the development and manufacture of tyre protection systems.

Following two years of research and development at universities in Athens, London and Düsseldorf, BEST T.P.S. was created: a liquid rubber formulation that keeps rubber particles and fibres suspended in a homogeneous resin.
 

Our journey

• 2002 — The beginning. BEST is founded and begins operating in the Greek market.

• 2006 — Nea Makri. Acquisition of company-owned offices in Attica.

• 2008 — Drapetsona. Relocation to company-owned premises housing our headquarters and manufacturing facility.

• 2011 — South Africa. Establishment of BEST South Africa in Durban to serve the needs of sub-Saharan Africa.

• 2012 — United Arab Emirates. Establishment of BEST T.P.S. Global Ltd in the Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone to manage international trading operations.
   

Production with room to grow

Our manufacturing facility in Drapetsona provides 500 m² of production space, with the potential to expand by a further 1,500 m².

Investment in new equipment and the complete upgrade of three production lines in 2011 brought production capacity to 2,800 kg per eight-hour shift, enabling us to supply a 20-foot container every three days.

Our location near the Port of Piraeus supports our export operations and facilitates shipments to international markets.
 

Quality in every batch

Quality is integral to every stage of our production process. Each batch undergoes rigorous laboratory testing, while representative samples are coded and retained for future testing and reference.

Our specialist team of chemical and mechanical engineers oversees production, with a focus on consistency, quality and product effectiveness.

Our Research & Development department refines our formulations and develops specialised products to meet customer specifications under exclusive development agreements.
