Manual Pump for BEST T.P.S. Injection

🛠️ BEST T.P.S. Application

Proper application of  BEST T.P.S. is essential for optimal product performance and for the validity of the product warranty — especially in regard to the accurate dosage.

🔸 If less product is applied, it will not cover the internal surface of the tire evenly, resulting in air leakage in the event of a puncture.
🔸 If slightly more product is applied, it poses no risk — on the contrary, it can enhance performance.

📏 In rare cases where the tire size is not listed in the dosage chart, use the amount specified for the next larger size.

🔧 Before Application

The installer must be fully equipped with all necessary tools, materials, and documents to complete the job professionally and accurately.

⛔ If anything is missing, it is recommended to postpone the installation and politely inform the customer.

⚙️ Application of BEST T.P.S.

Application must only be performed when:

  • The tire is mounted on the rim

  • The tire has existing air pressure

  • The tire has been balanced

🔢 Step 1: Dosage Calculation

📏 Determine the required amount of BEST T.P.S. per tire using the dosage chart.
🧪 Each full stroke of the manual pump = 100 ml
🧼 Begin measuring only once the pump tube is fully filled up to the nozzle

🧤 Step 2: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

👓 Wear gloves and safety glasses during the entire installation.
✅ Protect skin and eyes from pressurized fluid contact.
🔍 Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for further handling instructions.

💡 Ideal valve position during installation: 12 o'clock, so the valve points downward, protecting the eyes from splashes.

🔧 Step 3: Valve Core Removal

🔩 Use a valve core removal tool
💨 If dealing with a high-pressure tire, allow some air to escape
⚠️ The pump operates under less than 60 psi

🔄 Step 4: Pump & Injection

🖐️ Place your finger over the valve to prevent air loss
🔗 Connect the pump nozzle and open the valve tap
↩️ Pump slowly and steadily — fast pumping creates negative pressure and reduces product flow

🛑 If you feel resistance in the piston:

  • 🔒 Close the valve tap

  • 🔌 Disconnect the chuck and release a small amount of air to clear the valve

  • 🔁 Open and close the valve tap again to decompress the hose

  • 🔗 Reconnect the chuck and continue pumping

🧵 If the valve remains blocked, use a thin, rigid wire to clear it
💨 Inflate the tire slightly to maintain adequate pressure

✅ Final Steps

🔒 Close the valve tap and remove the nozzle
💨 Release a bit of air to clean the valve core seat
🖐️ Hold your finger over the valve to prevent deflation
🔁 Reinsert the valve core
🧽 Clean any residue from the rim
💨 Inflate the tire to the recommended pressure
🔒 Replace the valve cap
🧾 Provide the customer with the invoice and warranty copy

🧰 The Manual Pump and Its Maintenance

The H.D. Manual Pump has been designed and manufactured according to BEST T.P.S. technical specifications to ensure safe and accurate injection of the product into all types of tires.

🛑 Why Not Use an Air Compressor?

Using an air-powered pump is not recommended because:

  • It can lead to overpressure if the valve is clogged

  • BEST T.P.S. contains rubber particles, which may block narrow passages

  • In such cases, pressure may reach dangerous levels

👉 Manual pumps are sized specifically to fit BEST T.P.S. containers perfectly.

⚙️ Technical Specifications

  • 🧪 100 ml per full piston stroke

  • 🧴 Compatible with 30-liter containers

  • 🧵 Equipped with flexible hose, metal nozzle, valve tap, and chuck

  • 🚗 Compatible with all standard tire valves (all vehicle types)

  • 💨 Operates at up to 50 psi — supports tires with pressure up to 130 psi

  • 💡 Installer may reduce internal tire pressure if needed to safely remove the valve core

🔄 Proper Usage

  • 🔩 The pump screws securely onto the container and injects the product through the valve using a simple manual mechanism

  • ✔️ Each pump stroke must be fully completed — do not inject less product than the recommended amount based on the dosage chart

  • 🔒 After installation, close the chuck to prevent the product from drying inside the nozzle

  • 💡 Pro Tip: insert a used valve core into the nozzle to keep it sealed between uses

🧼 Pump Cleaning (After Every Use)

  1. 🚫 Remove the pump from the container

  2. 🔄 Pump the remaining product back into the container

  3. 💧 Place the pump in a bucket of clean water and pump until completely flushed

  4. 🔧 Disassemble the pump

  5. 🚿 Rinse all components with clean water

  6. 🛠️ Reassemble the pump

  7. 🧴 Lubricate the metal piston shaft with silicone grease
